Delete your Yuika account

You can permanently delete your Yuika account and all associated data at any time.

From the app (recommended)

1. Open Yuika and sign in.
2. Tap the profile icon (top right on Home).
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

This immediately removes your email account, sessions, scanned documents and stored images from our servers.

By email

If you cannot open the app, email support@yuika.app from the address you used to sign in and ask us to delete the account. We will process the request within a few days.
