Need help with Yuika?

• Email: support@yuika.app
• Sign-in: we email a one-time magic link — check spam if it doesn't arrive within a minute.
• Scan failed: try a clearer photo (flat, well lit, full page). Handwriting is harder than printed text.
• Free limit: free accounts get 10 scans per calendar month (Japan time). The counter resets on the 1st. Yuika Premium (in-app subscription via the App Store / Google Play) unlocks unlimited scans.
• Delete data: open the app → profile menu → Delete account, or see delete account instructions.
